C'est Parfait

Not to be cliché, but breakfast is definitely my favorite meal of the day, and my favorite breakfast is yogurt parfaits.  All you need is some yogurt and as many toppings as your heart desires. I like Voskos Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt because it's rich, creamy, and full of protein.  So mix away and make your perfect parfait!

{ Dry cereal or oats - I always use Grape-Nuts because it adds crunch and is loaded with fiber }
